Scope and Contents

The "Stories of Amendment 64" oral histories capture the impressions, reminiscences, and pertinent observations of individuals involved in the Amendment and other aspects of the legalized cannabis industry, representing both sides of the pro/con divide. Oral history narrators for this ongoing project include activists, lawyers, politicians, law enforcement officials, media experts, dispensary owners, growers, and business "cannaprenuers." Oral history interviews within this series were conducted by Janet Bishop, former coordinator of the Archives and Special Collections department, and by Linda Meyer, archivist for the Agricultural and Natural Resources Archive. These interviews are arranged by narrator in chronological order.
