Scope and Contents
This series consists of project files and publications that Howe either worked on or authored. Documents include files related to the Animas-La Plata Project, the proposed Narrows Project and Two Forks Dam on the South Platte River, teaching and consulting work he performed in China, and the uses and abuses of economics in project evaluation. Publications include papers written by Howe, two graduate student theses, and workshop and conference papers. This series is arranged with project files in alphabetical order and other materials following.
