Scope and Contents
The study project devoted a large amount of time to conducting oral histories of Germans from Russia in Colorado. The majority of people interviewed lived in Northern Colorado. The oral histories were originally recorded on tapes; some have been transcribed and others have been converted to audio CDs. Correspondence, pictures, letters, newspaper clippings, and other miscellaneous items may be included along with the oral history. Additional items were included in the 2018 accrual and have been arranged with the interviewees' other materials. Some records of people interviewed have no recordings or transcripts existing in the collection but do have notes and correspondence regarding the interviews. All materials are arranged alphabetically by last name.
