ESTIFF, 1979-1981

The series includes grant proposals, correspondence, data, interim and final reports, and financial documents. Research is primarily on wood joists and concrete slabs, but also includes work on solar power and meteorology. The series also includes a few files of his consulting research. Most of the research files were identified by Vanderbilt and titles were retained. Foldered materials have been left in their original order. Materials that were found unfoldered and/or unidentified were added at the end of the series.
