Reforming the Culture of Partiality: diffusing the battle of the experts in western water wars. Dissertation, 2007

 File — Box: 65, Folder: 4
Identifier: Series 6

Scope and Contents

From the Series:

This series primarily contains published materials Justice Hobbs gathered for his work or other professional activities. Some folders are entire publications, while others are photocopies of articles or law books. Files of newspaper clippings are grouped at the end. For these folders, most titles were supplied by the archivist, so square brackets are not used. All files are arranged in alphabetical order, with the exception of the set of files concerning Mesa Verde and Peru, contained in the Wright Paleohydrological Institute category. Those files are arranged chronologically. Subjects covered are mainly air quality, water quality, water law, the Philmont Scout Ranch, and paleohydrology. Additionally, a large number of clippings about the Colorado Supreme Court are found in the clippings section.
