This subseries holds compiled reports and visual media files. The majority of material comes from several of the international USAID projects in which Richardson was involved. Countries represented include Pakistan, East Pakistan/Bangladesh, Brazil, and Venezuela. Three other domestic projects are also included. One documents author James Michener's trip along the Grand Ditch, and the other two cover 1985 and 1987 U.S. Bureau of Reclamation Colorado River inspections. The last two presentations are biographical overviews of Richardson's personal and professional history. The compiled materials for each project are primarily photographs, slides, and CDs, but a significant amount of textual material accompanies these in the order given by Richardson to maintain a logical and coherent project narrative. All files but those concerning James Michener's trip include a slide inventory. CDs containing duplicate images of slides and photographs were relocated to Digital Media Boxes 1 and 2 in Box 18 where they are housed with the audio/visual materials in Subseries 5.4. This subseries is organized chronologically by project start date, with the exception of Richardson's biographical presentations, which are listed last.
