Scope and Contents

Materials in this series were compiled by Richardson during three decades of consulting for numerous legal cases involving natural disasters and land and water use. The series contains notes, reports, testimony, and correspondence relating to Richardson's role in these cases. The series is divided into four chronological subseries: Snake River Ranches, Keystone Ranch v. CNPPID, WSSC/NCWCD, and other projects. WSSC/NCWCD contains the largest volume of materials.
