Scope and Contents
This subseries contains documentation of cases and litigation in which Sherk was involved while of counsel with the Will and Muys law firm in Washington, D.C. Several of the cases are Supreme Court interstate water disputes, and all generally relate to issues of environmental law or allocation of water resources. The materials include memoranda, work notes, and legal proceedings. They are in no particular order.
