This subseries is a compilation of state and territory water laws. Files for each state are fairly uniform and include background materials, articles, and reading notes. Files are organized alphabetically by state or territory name, followed by a group of federal water legislation. Note that files on states falling alphabetically between Illinois and Maine were lost in the records transfer.
