Slides and negatives, 1970-1972

This series consists of 258 slides and 109 negatives from Walker's service in the Army. The first slide is an image of Walker before leaving for the Army. The other slides consist of images taken by Walker of soldiers in the field, on the base, and at rest elsewhere in Vietnam. Other images included are of war equipment, Viet Cong soldiers, field scenes, and street scenes. Most of the slides have descriptions and slide numbers written on them. The negatives are images taken by Walker in Vietnam but are not described and were never developed into prints. Their original order, mostly numerical, is maintained.
