This series consists of three publications which were kept as reference material by Owen. The Beet Sugar Story and Beet-Sugar Technology (2nd edition) discuss the production of sugar from beets. The third publication, the Sugar Tramp Desk Book, is an employee list which was sent to Owen during the Great Western campaign of 1969-1970. The publications are arranged alphabetically by title.
