Scope and Contents
This series contains speeches given by Stamm during and after his service with the Bureau of Reclamation. Many of the folders also contain brief itineraries or brochures of the conferences or meetings where the speeches were given. Most of the speeches promoted Reclamation projects. They are arranged chronologically.
