613.3: Prairie Bend - Twin Valley, 1994-1996
Scope and Contents
The Trust maintained a document library under its own numbering system, including divisions titled "Social Science" and "Pure Sciences." This series consists of documents from those sections related to the Trust's involvement in various Natural Resource District development projects and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) relicensing projects. The bulk of the series pertains to the Trust's work regarding the efforts of Nebraska Public Power District and Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District to relicense Kingsley Dam. This series includes materials both created by and received by the Trust. Document types include memoranda and letters, articles, reports, court correspondence and filings, meeting minutes, and photographs. Documents labeled "confidential" or "attorney-client privilege" are closed to the public until fifty years from the date of creation; until then, they are open to clients involved or to others with written permission from the clients. The series is organized following the Trust's library numbering system, and chronologically within those divisions. Related documents were inserted after some numbered sections, and other un-numbered documents are found at the end of the series. Computer disks were relocated to box 5.
