This subseries contains numerous proposals that Albertson submitted to various agencies, reviewed for colleagues, or saved for informational purposes. The main research areas represented are water quality and treatment, urban water, education, and international development. In addition to final proposals, files contain drafts, correspondence, and notes. Files are arranged chronologically and then alphabetically within a year or year span. Related files can be found in Series 13.
