Scope and Contents
The Papers of Carl Levine consists of documents dated 1921 to 2002. Materials primarily consist of scripts of his plays and research material. Other materials present are faculty records, manuscripts, and journals with articles written by Levine. Posters and one photograph are also included.

Box 11 consists of magnetic sound recording tapes. Sound effects and music for the play Wallenberg and a reading of Dr. Morgenbesser's Children are included as are two lectures, one by Levine and the other unidentified. The majority of the tapes are unlabeled.
