From the Series:

Most clippings were loose and on a variety of subjects of interest to Lory, including education in Colorado, water and irrigation in Colorado, agriculture, the Chambers of Commerce for Estes Park and Fort Collins, local, national, and international politics, World War II, and events at the Colorado Agricultural College. Some clippings were grouped in envelopes by topic, including speeches by President Roosevelt, World War II information and maps, profiles of the Lory family, and water and irrigation. The scrapbooks are made up of primarily newspaper clippings on the same topics as those that were loose, but also include cards, photographs, and letters documenting personal and professional events such as college graduations, birthdays, meeting of committees, and professional appointments.
