Scope and Contents
Charles Lory was involved with and had an interest in a variety of professional organizations relating to education, conservation, taxation, water, agriculture, and national defense, and had extensive and continued involvement with a number of committees and boards, including the Merit System Committee, National Resources Planning Board, Colorado Water Conservation Board, Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District, and the National Reclamation Association.
