Office files, 1973-1998 and undated

Office files contain reports, proposals, information on meetings and committees, drafts of writings, correspondence, letters, and memos. Organization was inconsistent and many documents were unfoldered and unidentified; these items have been grouped into miscellaneous folders. Materials have been broken down into the following five subseries and files have been arranged alphabetically by material type.
