Paschke, Suzanne, 2020 July 22
Scope and Contents
In 2017, Colorado State University researchers working on a study of the Ogallala Aquifer requested an oral history interview with Robert (Bob) Longenbaugh (1935-2020), to record his knowledge of and experience with groundwater issues in Colorado and neighboring High Plains states. Longenbaugh worked at Colorado State University in the College of Engineering and then became Colorado's Assistant State Engineer for groundwater administration. In 2020, at Longenbaugh's prompting, additional interviews were conducted with him and other groundwater experts. Transcripts accompany each digital recording, all of which are videos except the first. Interviews are listed in chronological order.
