Chapter I, 1960-1966

The Papers of Earl L. Mosley consists of documents dated 1960 to 2011, with the bulk falling from 1960 to 1966. The collection includes a typescript of Mr. Mosley's "History of the Denver Board of Water Commissioners" (which he renamed "History of the Denver Water System" while working on the sixth chapter), a few newspaper clippings about Mr. Mosley and his work, an issue of Colorado Heritage that cites his work, and a digital copy of the typescript on compact disc. The digital copy is nearly identical to the physical copy; the physical copy includes a few handwritten edits that do not appear in the digital copy. The physical copy from which the digital copy originated is in possession of Denver Water.
