Scope and Contents
The company was involved in United States v. Colorado (general adjudication case number W-8439-76), the analysis of a federal reserved rights claim concerning impacts on channels in Colorado, primarily the South Platte Basin. Most of the materials are depositions of expert witnesses, but there are also other court documents, notes, and documents concerning other involved agencies.
