The largest set of project files relates to work for the Colorado Attorney General's Office on federal reserved water rights. Other sets relate to various court cases as well as consulting across the western United States and the world. The remaining files mostly contain final reports and are arranged in alphabetical order, with correspondence chronologically grouped at the end followed by a set of files related to the Colorado Research Development Corporation.
