Scope and Contents
This series consists of documents from Simons' time at Simons and Associates. The materials are divided into two groups, the first for project files and the second for other files, including reports and correspondence. The project files are arranged in alphabetical order by project name; folders within are maintained as found. The largest set of project files relates to work for the Colorado Attorney General's Office on federal reserved water rights. Other sets relate to various court cases as well as consulting across the western United States and the world. The remaining files mostly contain final reports and are arranged in alphabetical order, with correspondence chronologically grouped at the end followed by a set of files related to the Colorado Research Development Corporation. Material types included are correspondence, depositions and other court documents, maps, charts, notes, data, and reports.
