This series contains documents related to Simons' work at Simons, Li and Associates, his consulting firm which focused on various water-related engineering issues. Much of the work represented here focuses on streams in Colorado, California, Arizona, and Kansas, though many other national and international locations are included, as are general research areas. The materials are arranged in groups of statements of qualification, proposals, reports, and miscellaneous files, with each group being in alphabetical order. One of the latter files contains documents relating to the Consulting Engineers Council of Colorado investigation of the firm.
