This subseries contains meeting minutes from 1947 to 1962 and 1968 to 1985. Also included is a budget ledger dated 1977 to 1986. Loose papers of the 1985 to 1986 budget and 1987 projection are in the ledger. The meeting minutes are housed chronologically as a group, preceded by the ledger, in the oversized record carton with items in Series 2.
