This subseries contains the office files of director Lowell H. Watts. As this subseries represents the bulk of the Directors Files 23 of 47 boxes, it was further divided into six sub-subseries: conferences, correspondence, Extension Committee on Organization and Policy, Fiscal, Speeches and presentations, and other office files.
