Drouth studies: Loveland, Fort Collins, South Platte Valley, 1978, 1985, 1988

 File — Box: 2, Folder: 12
Identifier: Series 2

Scope and Contents

From the Series:

Mr. Farr actively served on the boards of several institutions for a number of years. The materials in this series represent only a small amount of documents he must have received during forty years of service. They give a sense of Farr's work but mostly document issues the organizations were dealing with during his involvement. The two largest portions of this series concern Greeley Water and the Northern Colorado Water Conservation Board, but materials on the National Cattlemen's Association, renamed the National Cattlemen's Beef Association in 1996, and the National Cattlemen's Foundation are represented here as well. There are also a few files on some other organizations with which Farr was involved. Because there were only two files on Farr Farms, those were included in this series. Materials consist mainly of letters, agendas, legal documents, brochures, and reports, but there are also clippings, maps, and charts. Materials are organized alphabetically by organization name and therein by folder title.
