This subseries contains materials about the Arkansas River Basin, including the interstate Arkansas River Compact that was the basis for the Kansas v. Colorado Supreme Court Case in Subseries 2.2 of this collection. The bulk of this subseries relates to Milenski's service with the Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District and Kansas v. Colorado. Document types include compact administration reports, committee notes, data, water quality studies, and area administration plans. Materials in this subseries were found in Cabinet D, Drawer 4 and Cabinet E, Drawer 1 of Milenski's filing system, and the original order was maintained. Researchers should consult the inventories in Series 1 for more specific descriptions of folder contents.
