This subseries consists of collected legal documents related to urban water supply, agriculture-to-urban water transfer, data, and water use in Colorado cities connected to the Arkansas River Valley. About half of the material is related to Colorado Springs, while the rest is about Pueblo, Aurora, and several other municipalities throughout southeastern Colorado. This subseries was in Cabinet G, Drawer 4 of the original filing system. Researchers should consult the inventories in Series 1 for more specific descriptions of folder contents. Material types include government publications, reports, memoranda, contracts, meeting notes, and municipal legislative documents. The subseries is arranged by city according to Milenski's filing system.
