Water and the Press, 1990
Scope and Contents
This subseries is primarily comprised of the contents of Cabinet D, Drawer 3 in Milenski's filing system. Researchers should consult the inventories in Series 1 for more specific descriptions of folder contents. The subseries maintains the original order. It includes collected surface water studies of the Arkansas River, the Fort Lyon Canal, and other uses in southeastern Colorado that were pertinent to Milenski's activities in the local water community. Also in this subseries are reports on water rights valuations and tabulations, as well as an academic study of agricultural-to-urban water rights transfers.
