This subseries is comprised of materials related to a variety of rivers and basins beyond the Colorado and Arkansas watersheds. It includes documents pertaining to water use, regulation, and stakeholders, as well as items from several meetings of the Four States Irrigation Council. Materials in this subseries were in Cabinet E, Drawer 4 of Milenski's filing system, and that original order was maintained. Researchers should consult the inventories in Series 1 for more specific descriptions of folder contents.
