This subseries contains materials related to the Colorado River Basin and includes information about basin stakeholders, water users, and regulatory commissions. Much of the material was created while Milenski was on the Colorado Water Conservation Board and directly involved in the regulatory process, though some was created in the decades after his service. Documents in this subseries were in Cabinet F, Drawer 1 of Milenski's filing system, and the original order was maintained.
