This subseries consists of letters, data, reports, and agreements concerning water decrees in the Arkansas River Valley. Milenski collected or created these materials during the course of his work for the Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District and the Catlin Canal Company. Materials in this subseries were in Cabinet C, Drawer 1 of Milenski's filing system. Researchers should consult the inventories in Series 1 for more specific descriptions of folder contents. Material types include court documents and rulings, government publications, reports, memoranda, and contracts. The subseries maintains the original order.
