This series consists of material from the 2021 accession and contains contracts, administrative notes and files, meeting minutes, and correspondence. Materials containing information for the preparation and execution of speaker events, such as speaker biographies and correspondence, are prevalent. Some folders are restricted due to presence of Social Security numbers and financial information. Review of the contents of these folders by an archivist before access is granted is required. The series is arranged chronologically with a binder and brochures appearing at the end of the inventory.
