Scope and Contents

This subseries consists of documents related to the U.S. Supreme Court Case #105 Original, Kansas v. Colorado, which was argued before Special Master Judge Wade H. McCree, Jr. (1985-1987), and Special Master Arthur L. Littleworth (1987-2009). Material types in this subseries include court reports, depositions, studies, correspondence, articles, and notes by Milenski and others. Of note in this subseries are the deposition of Frank Milenski and his analysis of the case. This subseries was in Cabinet I, Drawers 1-2 of Milenski's filing system. Researchers should consult the inventories in Series 1 for more specific descriptions of folder contents. The subseries maintains the original order.
