Aspinall Water Leader of the Year. Other items include an oversize charcoal drawing of Nixon, a commemorative railway spike, and four plastic gas flow calculation tools. The series also contains a folder of eleven oversize maps and charts of Colorado's hydrologic divisions, the Arkansas River, Colorado Springs water delivery system, and the Security Water District.
