Scope and Contents
Documents in this series pertain to Nixon's career as a water manager and municipal utilities administrator in the Arkansas River Basin. Documents from Nixon's time on the board of the Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District constitute the first and largest subseries. The second subseries contains materials from his time as head of Colorado Springs Utilities. The final subseries consists of documents from other positions Nixon held, committees on which he sat, and consulting work he completed.
