This subseries documents the expansion of residential subdivisions into NPIC's system, primarily in Larimer County but also in Weld County. Material types include memos and agendas for city and county planning meetings, correspondence, reports, filings, maps, and plans, many of which are folded oversize. Files are arranged in alphabetical order by title. Many files are restricted because of being post-2004.
