This subseries contains documents related to NPIC's water rights, lawsuits, and general legal matters. Documents include agreements, contracts, deeds, easements, letters, and mortgages. Files on lawsuits typically contain only the court documents but occasionally include related letters. Files are arranged in alphabetical order by title. Several folders are restricted because of attorney-client or post-2004 materials.
