Scope and Contents

From the Series:

This series consists of oversize maps, plans, and drawings of the Consolidated Home Supply irrigation system and the surrounding area, primarily the Big Thompson River watershed. Items are organized into folders based on specific features such as the Mariano Reservoir and the Home Supply Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Project. Items are also organized broadly into CHS facilities, associated maps and plans not specific to the CHS system, and subdivision maps. See the Development categories in Series 6 for folded subdivision plans still in folders. Materials are housed by size, but folders are listed alphabetically.

Restrictions on Access

Series 1, Subseries 5.2, and Subseries 6.3, along with one folder in Series 2 and two folders in Series 3, are open only to board members of and attorneys for the Consolidated Home Supply Ditch and Reservoir Company. The remainder of the collection is fully accessible to anyone. However, the collection is stored off-site, so advance notice is required.
