This series consists of one bank book, two folders, and two ledgers of financial records, primarily cash accounts. Both ledgers contain inserted pages, with the second volume containing a number of audit reports and accountant's reports. Volumes and files are arranged in chronological order.

The remainder of the collection is fully accessible to anyone. However, the collection is stored off-site, so advance notice is required.
