This series is primarily comprised of a stock ledger and a stock certificate book. The former lists stockholder names, certificate numbers, date of issue, and number of shares. Many inserted pages remain attached with details of stock transfers or other changes, but some loose ones were relocated to a separate folder behind the volume. The certificate book was severely damaged during the 1976 Big Thompson flood, so a folder of fragments is all that survives in the original in this collection. The volume itself was digitally photographed before being returned to the company. A few folders contain papers documenting stock transfers and other issues as well as CHS ownership of Big Thompson Ditch and Manufacturing Company stock. Some wills are included with the stock transfers. Volumes and files are arranged in chronological order. One folder in this series (box 5, folder 8) is closed to public access; it is open only to board members of and attorneys for the Consolidated Home Supply Ditch and Reservoir Company.
