This series is closed to public access; it is open only to board members of and attorneys for the Consolidated Home Supply Ditch and Reservoir Company. This series is primarily comprised of minute books comprehensively documenting board of directors', shareholders', and special meetings. Papers that had been inserted loose or clipped within the ledgers were removed to folders located behind the relevant volume. Items that were taped, glued, or otherwise securely fastened remain in place. Some of the materials inserted include letters, financial information, and meeting announcements. Among the 1955 materials is the newspaper announcement of Lon Hagler's death along with the funeral service program. Volumes are in chronological order. Note that those pre-dating the 1976 Big Thompson flood have water, mud, and mold damage.
