Notebook: T. M. McKee, undated

 File — Box: 10, Folder: 6
Identifier: Series 3

Scope and Contents

From the Series:

This series contains information about the water allocated and delivered annually to ditch company stockholders. No information exists before 1940 and information is incomplete through the 1940s and early 1950s. Files then become more consistent and complete through 1982 and resume substantially from 2000 to the end of the decade. Files are arranged chronologically with the exception of sets of annual water summaries put first for easy access. Notebooks related to water issues are found at the end of the series; these include five bound volumes of notes kept by ditch rider Henry Schmidt. Other material types include letters, data, notes, receipts, and calendars. One file on the 2013 flood has been added here as well. Three files are restricted to board members, shareholders, and company attorneys; others have to request permission in writing from the board.
