This series is closed to public access; it is open only to shareholders of and attorneys for the Reorganized Farmers Ditch Company. This series contains documentation of the stock shares, primarily of the Farmers Irrigating Ditch and Reservoir Company and very minimally of the Reorganized Farmers Ditch Company. The original stock certificate books trace each stock certificate and have copious documentation added in. These materials were retained as found due to fragility, so please consult the archivist for assistance in using them. Folders are arranged by material type and chronologically within type. Material types include stock ledgers, transfer books, letters, shareholder information, and stock certificate books.

Restrictions on Access

Series 1, 2, 4, and 5 and materials from 1982-1987 in Series 3 are open only to shareholders of and attorneys for the Reorganized Farmers Ditch Company. The rest of series 3, along with series 6 and 7, are fully accessible to anyone. Restrictions will be lifted December 30, 2033, on all but Series 3 materials. The company has requested notification from the archives about requests to review, copy or photograph materials not already online.

The collection is stored off-site, so advance notice is required.
