This set of files is clearly marked as coming from the Secretary's Office at Equitable. Many of the files date from the 1940s forward, so generally pick up where some earlier subseries end. The files are a mix of administrative, financial, and legal documents, along with reports, meeting minutes, stock certificate books, and correspondence. Materials on the company's dissolution can be found here. Also here are several files on the Keesee Water and Land Company. Files remain arranged as found.
