This subseries contains letters and postcards written to and by Mary Crow. Many of the letters are between Crow and her sisters, Martha and Nancy, and her mother, Rachel. Letters written between family members are also present. Poetry by Crow and others, newsclippings, brochures, flyers, programs, educational records, a CD of a radio interview with Crow, and photographs accompany some correspondence. Some letters in this subseries are written by artists whose correspondence is also present in subseries 1.2 and 1.3. Folders containing grades and Social Security numbers are restricted. The subseries is arranged in its original order.
