This series contains newspaper clippings, newspapers, and press summaries. The majority pertain to Tom Sutherland’s captivity and release. A smaller number cover other hostages and the Lebanese hostage crisis more broadly. Copies of university publications, such as the AUB Newsletter and CSU Comments provide some context for Tom’s career. Materials are arranged alphabetically. Clippings about Tom Sutherland are further arranged chronologically. A Weekly Reader is restricted due to the presence of a student grade.
