Fulcrum author statement and publicity assessment, 1994-1995

This series contains material created and collected by Tom and Jean Sutherland while they wrote and promoted their book, At Your Own Risk, published by Fulcrum Publishing in 1996. The book examines concurrently Tom’s experience as a captive of Islamic Jihad and Jean’s life in Beirut, including the family’s attempts to bring publicity to the hostage situation in Lebanon. The Sutherlands wrote several book drafts but did not keep chronological order of those drafts. The most complete draft is preserved here. The series is arranged into four categories: administrative and business files, reviews, tour, and drafts. folders are listed alphabetically, except for the drafts section, which lists editing correspondence first and then follows the order of the final book.
