Scope and Contents
This subseries contains legal materials that were not part of another organized subseries. Two prominent cases, both having to do with mutualization of the irrigation system, are well documented here: the Markham case (AVSBILC vs. L. Wirt Markham et al. No. 8292) and the Moran lawsuit (Moran vs. AVSBILC, aka, Amity Water Users suit). Documentation of minor litigation is also included here, along with legal documents such as deeds and contracts as well as a set of property descriptions. Additional material types include correspondence, financial documents, and reports. The files are listed as found.
